I didn't like this book as much as the first one, probably because this is kind of a resume of that one。 It's true that this one has more practical exercises, more self questions, but kind of common ones, that maybe every person thought of them at some point。 I guess I didn't enjoy it so much because there were too many things I've already known, but at the beginning of the road it's ok。 I didn't like this book as much as the first one, probably because this is kind of a resume of that one。 It's true that this one has more practical exercises, more self questions, but kind of common ones, that maybe every person thought of them at some point。 I guess I didn't enjoy it so much because there were too many things I've already known, but at the beginning of the road it's ok。 。。。more

Another really great book from Roxie Nafousi - a deeper dive into her original book 'manifest'。 I have gotten through both of these books really quickly because I love the concept and the way it is explained is really simple and to the point but at the same time gives you a lot of detail and depth。 I really love all the exercises included as these can be used time and time again to overcome X challenges。 Practical techniques to assist in your healing journey and really, truly understanding the 7 Another really great book from Roxie Nafousi - a deeper dive into her original book 'manifest'。 I have gotten through both of these books really quickly because I love the concept and the way it is explained is really simple and to the point but at the same time gives you a lot of detail and depth。 I really love all the exercises included as these can be used time and time again to overcome X challenges。 Practical techniques to assist in your healing journey and really, truly understanding the 7 steps has helped me a lot on my manifesting journey。 。。。more

A prescription for success。 Great experience doing the exercises and following through after answering questions。 I believe that it will be a different experience for everyone but each individual will benefit in their own way。
Susan Walker,
If you want to change your life this book is for you。 The Author takes the reader step by step using exercises to change your life。

Larisoi,
Manifest was really an experience。 It made me realise a few stuffs about my life and about my behaviour in some situations。 It’s a really great book with nice pieces of advice。 The exercises will help a lot! And I love how the author gives you exemples of her own life so you can understand the topics。 I recommend it with all my heart!!💛

I believe everyone manifests subconsciously whether they know it or not。 I know for me it started when I was younger I wasn't manifesting as such but visualizing certain things。 I really want to educate myself in the arts of manifesting because I believe it is such a powerful tool。 I picked up a book a couple of months ago on manifesting and I didn't like it because I felt I was reading what I already knew。 So when I went to pick this up I held it to the same expectation。 However what I didn't k I believe everyone manifests subconsciously whether they know it or not。 I know for me it started when I was younger I wasn't manifesting as such but visualizing certain things。 I really want to educate myself in the arts of manifesting because I believe it is such a powerful tool。 I picked up a book a couple of months ago on manifesting and I didn't like it because I felt I was reading what I already knew。 So when I went to pick this up I held it to the same expectation。 However what I didn't know is that this is the 'dive deeper' companion to the first book。 I am glad I picked this up first because I think it is for people who have a basic understanding of manifesting and want to 'dive deeper'。 Why I loved this is because it didn't go on about visualizing your dream car or job it talks about manifesting transforming your life。 Thinks like how you communicate too working on your mental health。 It taught me that manifesting isn't something that is passive。 I will be picking this up because it has exercises and journal prompts that you can come back too。 Reading this book has made me realise how much my religion and spirituality inform my manifesting process。 I also loved reading Roxie's own journey and her route to manifesting。 It is life-changing (yes I am using that word) empowering and such a motivating read。 Highly recommend to everyone。 。。。more
Elvita Potapova,
Just disappointed。 It’s hard to call this a book, maybe self help journal (?)。 It may be useful together with first book if you want to go through the manifesting journey and do all the exercises, but on itself - wasn’t worth my time。
Mădălina Căliman,
Very similar with the 1st volume, but still liked it
Cezarina Buricea,
Foarte ajutătoare
Aida-Bianca Groza,
Diana Bidewell,
This book was quite helpful。 After carrying out some meditation I wanted to look into Manifestation a bit more and this is one of the books I’ve read on the subject。It has a few good ideas and ways to change your way of thinking。 It is the sort of book that you will need to have access to for a long time after you’ve read it through, there are places for diary entries and it actively encourages you to plan things and write down different ways to go about achieving what you want out of life。I rea This book was quite helpful。 After carrying out some meditation I wanted to look into Manifestation a bit more and this is one of the books I’ve read on the subject。It has a few good ideas and ways to change your way of thinking。 It is the sort of book that you will need to have access to for a long time after you’ve read it through, there are places for diary entries and it actively encourages you to plan things and write down different ways to go about achieving what you want out of life。I really hope it works!!! 。。。more

Such a fantastic and powerful read。 I definitely will be rereading this book over and over again and I plan on using the tools and techniques to help me become my most magnetic and authentic self。 Would recommend reading this and the Manifest book。

Kerryann Farren,
Beautifully written。 Has a lot of journal prompts which I LOVED。 Instead of writing in the book, I used a bullet journal so I can keep rereading and reusing the book。 Everything is so clear and just MAKES SENSE。As someone who already manifests, this was the perfect next step。 The book also contains some lovely quotes and affirmations。 Some have really stuck with me。
Sara Sutton,
A good reminder to trust the universe。
Leanne,
Loved the exercises but wouldn’t recommend reading too soon after the first as there’s a good bit of crossover (as you’d expect)
Harriet Aldridge,
Amazing ! Easy read excellent execution !

If you're one who needs practical exercise to power up your manifesting approach, you might love to go bottomless with this。 As you know, manifest is about attracting things and visualizing something in your life。 However, the author emphasizes the things that you 'attract' should make your life feel content and fulfilled。But how do you figure out the things that you want? Can you differentiate between what you really want vs。 what you think you should want? This is the time we should be clear wit If you're one who needs practical exercise to power up your manifesting approach, you might love to go bottomless with this。 As you know, manifest is about attracting things and visualizing something in your life。 However, the author emphasizes the things that you 'attract' should make your life feel content and fulfilled。But how do you figure out the things that you want? Can you differentiate between what you really want vs。 what you think you should want? This is the time we should be clear with our visualization。 More details, the better! That should consider your first step。 The author presents seven unique stages with some critical questions in each stage for you to answer。Step 1: Be Clear In Your VisionStep 2: Remove Fear and DoubtStep 3: Align Your BehaviourStep 4: Overcome Tests from the UniverseStep 5: Embrace GratitudeStep 6: Turn Envy Into InspirationStep 7: Trust in the UniverseI love the approach as it contains simplicity and is broken down for you but I've trouble fully resonating with the steps given because it feels repetitive and too surface。 And sometimes, it's like a workbook with too many pressing questions and less action。 Do you get what I mean?Despite all that, I love her ways of talking about emotion and comparison in step six。 As we always live in a culture of comparison, envy/jealousy must be something that takes a toll on us。 Dealing with hostile emotions is a process for us to learn to validate those feelings so that they won't negatively impact our manifesting process。 Although step six just sounds verbal with no practical practice, it does pique my attention with her inspiring words。Still gaining some value from this book and helping me in changing my way of thinking。 Thank you to Times Distribution for the valuable copy。 。。。more
Megan,
I enjoyed this but it did take me a little longer to finish then a book of this size normally would。 There are a lot of exercises。
Evelyne,
Enjoyed the exercises 👍
Lynsey Pollard,
It’s like a workbook and helped me to think more about manifesting and get more clarity。 It doesn’t offer more information just practical things to do and exercises。
Kate,
I love everything Roxie Nafousi writes
Mandy Morello,
Like an actionable version of MANIFEST。 It’s full of exercises and questions to ask yourself - but I could never write directly onto the book - it’s too pretty!
